Privacy policy

Last updated 19 October 2026

Web Activation ("we", "us") respects your privacy and handles personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. This policy covers the website at https://www.webactivation.com.au. Our products, such as YTCC, will have their own privacy terms.

What we collect

  • Information you give us — your name, email address, company (if you add it) and message when you use our contact form. The form is delivered to us by email through our email provider, Resend.
  • Spam protection — the contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that submissions come from a person. Cloudflare processes technical information such as your IP address and browser signals for this check.
  • Anonymous usage statistics — we use Vercel Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without identifying individual visitors.
  • Server logs — our hosting provider (Vercel) keeps standard technical logs such as IP address and browser type for security and reliability.

How we use it

To reply to your enquiry, provide services you ask for, improve the website and keep it secure. We don't sell personal information or use it for third-party advertising.

Who we share it with

Service providers that help us run the website and handle enquiries — Vercel (hosting and analytics), Cloudflare (spam protection) and Resend (email delivery) — some of which may store data outside Australia (for example in the United States). We only share what they need to provide their service.

Keeping it safe

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, and delete enquiries when they're no longer needed.

Access and correction

You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by sending us a message through our contact form.

Complaints

If you have a concern about how we've handled your information, contact us through our contact form first and we'll respond within 30 days. If you're not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
