AI video production Coming soon

YTCC

An AI studio for producing video shows with a stable cast — show bibles, batched pitches, a five-writer contest and a human approval before every dollar of video spend.

  • React 19
  • Node.js 22
  • TypeScript
  • Azure App Service
  • Cosmos DB
  • Azure OpenAI
  • Entra External ID
  • Bicep
  • GitHub Actions

YTCC is a multi-user studio for producing hosted video shows with AI. One account holds many shows, and each show has its own voice, photography, cast and locations. The promise to an audience is simple: a show with a stable cast, wardrobe, rooms and props, episode after episode.

YTCC is in active development and heading towards public sign-up. Join the waitlist to hear when it opens.

How an episode is made

Every episode moves through a staffed production line:

Pitch → Writers → Script → Storyboard → Video generation → Assembly

Research and writing run on inexpensive language models. Picture and sound sit behind a human approval, with a cost estimate shown before anything is spent.

What’s in the studio today

  • A show bible, separate from the people in it. Who a host is lives on their character card; what each show allows lives on the channel. The same person can host one show and guest on another.
  • Pitches in batches. Give a seed, a length and a structure, and YTCC researches and returns comparable episode cards to choose from.
  • Five writers, one brief, a blind tally. Models from OpenAI, Anthropic, Google and xAI, plus Azure OpenAI, each write the same episode and rank each other’s drafts without names. A person picks the winner.
  • Scripts a camera can film. Every scene has a turn, every line has a job, wardrobe is named, and hero props keep one size from storyboard to final clip.
  • Many formats from one cast. Chaptered episodes, movie-style trailers, hook shorts and a 30-second vertical for Shorts, Reels and TikTok.
  • Native picture-and-sound clips generated on leading video models, followed by a human review of every clip.
  • Trim and assemble. Set head and tail trims by eye, then stitch the kept range into a final film, stored privately.
  • A human yes before any video spend — with a dollar estimate on that yes.

Built for creators who want control

YTCC is for creators and small studios who want the speed of AI without giving up the show. Nothing expensive happens until the pitch, the script and the storyboard have been approved, and every account’s channels, characters, media and credentials are private to that account.

Under the hood

  • React single-page app and a Node.js API, with shared TypeScript schemas
  • Microsoft Azure: App Service, serverless Cosmos DB, Blob Storage, Key Vault and Azure OpenAI, all defined in Bicep
  • Sign-up and sign-in with Microsoft Entra External ID; per-user credentials encrypted with a Key Vault key
  • Separate dev and production pipelines in GitHub Actions, with automated tests and smoke checks

What’s next

Publishing finished episodes to YouTube, then channel statistics and comment insights to help plan the next episode — always with a person approving before the studio spends.
