Businesses that do physical work — cleaning, detailing, servicing, repairs — need to prove what they did. Before & After gives their field workers a mobile app for structured photo and video evidence, and gives managers a web portal to review it.
Highlights
- Side-by-side pairs. Before and after shots line up in two columns, grouped by tenant-defined tags such as Front, Side or Rear.
- Ghost overlay. The before photo is overlaid on the camera when taking the after shot, so angles match.
- Location-locked jobs. Live capture only, with GPS ring-fencing so after shots must be taken where the job started.
- Multi-job timelapse. In station mode the device captures interval frames while Azure AI detects where one job ends and the next begins — for example, one vehicle after another at a wash bay — and proposes jobs with proof photos for a person to accept.
- AI image review. Azure AI Vision extracts structured facts and a language model reasons over them against a tenant checklist.
- Multi-tenant by design. Tenant admins, managers and field workers, with row-level security isolating each business’s data, plus customer and asset registers.
Stack
A Turborepo monorepo with a Next.js web app (marketing, system admin and tenant portal), an Expo app for Android field workers, Supabase for auth and data, and Azure for AI and media.
