A quantity surveying firm needed one place to capture construction cost data that had lived in spreadsheets.

What we delivered

  • Structured cost capture designed from a conceptual and logical data model, ready for reporting.
  • Excel budget import to a detailed specification, so existing workbooks load cleanly.
  • Multi-tenant administration. A platform admin to manage client organisations, and in-tenant admin for each organisation’s projects and users.
  • Secure by default. Admin-provisioned accounts only, with no public sign-up.
  • Azure-native delivery. Azure Database for PostgreSQL and Azure App Service, deployed automatically from GitHub Actions, with Azure Communication Services for email and Power BI for analysis.
