An AI-assisted ideas pipeline where an AI product manager and an AI architect help shape ideas into concept briefs aligned to organisational goals.

Most organisations have more ideas than capacity. Ideas Agents combines an ideas submission list with a formal, PMO-style backlog and workflow — and adds two AI agents to help refine each idea.
How it works
Ideas move through six stages: Idea → Shaped → Technical approach → Idea review → Concept brief → Planning.
- AI Product Manager sharpens the problem statement, target users and value, and checks alignment with the organisation’s goals.
- AI Architect assesses the technical approach — systems involved, integration patterns, data flow, security and constraints.
- Organisational knowledge (RAG). Both agents draw on each tenant’s goals, current and target architecture and standards, so their advice fits the organisation.
- Multi-tenant with governance. Tenant admins, product managers and a system admin console.
