Digitising an Australian university's project lifecycle — guided concept briefs, an API for Microsoft Copilot, and organisational-knowledge AI.

- Playwright
An Australian university wanted to move its project lifecycle off Word templates and into a guided, data-driven process.
What we delivered
- Guided concept briefs. A structured web form replaces the old document, starting with the ideation phase and designed to grow across the full project lifecycle.
- Workflow integration. Integration with the university’s project management tooling.
- An API for Copilot. A documented REST API (with an OpenAPI specification) lets Microsoft Copilot and Power Automate read and create records, so staff can work from the tools they already use.
- Organisational knowledge. A curated knowledge base, with an AI authoring assistant and Copilot access, so AI answers reflect the university’s own strategy and standards.
- Confidence in every release. Automated unit tests and browser smoke tests, with saved test evidence for each run.
